Filling For Crab Rangoon







CRAB FILLING







FILLING

  • ¾ Cup Finely Chopped Crab Meat

  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese

  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

  • Splash of Soy Sauce

  • 2 Chopped Green Onion

  • ½ Cup Minced Onion





INSTRUCTIONS


Cream cheese MUST be at room temperature 

In a saucepan add some olive oil, the crab meat minced onion and fresh garlic saute until onions are cooked down. Let this cool COMPLETELY 

Once the crab is cooled, add the remaining items into a bowl and mix, put the mix into the fridge covered and let it rest for 30 minutes.
